Somerpointe Apartments

Ive been a resident who has paid on time for almost 4 years now. I cannot wait until my lease is over to get out of here. First of all pray you dont have maintenance issues, my sink had backed up and it took then 13 hours to get a plumber out here to fix it, I have had bees and hornet nests on my patio, my apartment manager told me to knock it down myself with a broom... and no thats not a joke. There is a leak in my bathroom we called probably 3 times about and just stopped asking because they arent going to send anyone. The last straw was when they decided to charge all residents for the water and the electricity the property was using, regardless of the fact I dont use their pool or laundromat, we are now in charge of all of that, and mind you they made this change in the middle of my 12 month lease. I will tell every person I know to never lease a property from HSL ever again.

I'm a current resident going on 3 years here and I absolutely love living here. The staff is great and very friendly. I rarely ever here my neighbors. My building is actually really quiet but my neighbors are all also very friendly. The grounds are well maintained and very clean. Thank you for everything you all do here. You make living here very comfortable.

The staff has been amazing to work with. Orders are taken care of quickly. They are incredibly kind and pleasant.

Somerpointe Apts. have roach and mice. The garbage is always over filled and on the street. Apts. have dry rot and mold behind appliances,leaks all the time.The management degrades the tenants, and is rude.They try to get u to renew your lease five months before it is up. The police are here all the time. They rent to anyone who wants to move in, and don't do a background check.I highly reccommend you dont live here. People steal your laundry and the machines take your money half the time.
