Older apt complex with many maintenance issues. Recent staff change should improve things, hopefully. Best thing is location across the street from large retail complex at Rooney Ranch, so car is unnecessary. Fry's, Target, Ross, many retail stores and restaurants are .7 miles away.Mature landscaping threatened by frequent cut down of 40 ft trees due to irrigation problems, more trees scheduled for destruction. Frequent appliance breakdowns and water leaks. Lots of big dogs with irresponsible owners...meaning lots of dog poop. Nice residents, but everyone keeps to themselves; no organized resident activities. Food trucks visit often, which is appreciated. Office does not accept packages which is a problem if you don't have a car to retrieve them from Post Office, which is a $ 25 Uber ride away. Unsupervised young children are destructive, ie paint left all over stone surround in BBQ area for months. Vandalism problem with Fitness Center door smashed recently and walkway lights knocked over. Some residents are in drug treatment program nearby, just fyi. Hiking and bike trails nice alongside adjacent Rooney Wash. I have lived here over a year and will stay due to location. Hopefully maintenance issues will be resolved with upcoming improved staffing.
