I lived here more than one year..
I like this place , they dont have play area for kids and rental club house for kids birthday party..
That only the draw back for this place
Otherwise everything is good near shopping , very calm apartment central place.

To start with this is the first negative review I have ever left for anything, so it has been a bad experience. RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE! THERE ARE BETTER PLACES AVAILABLE! Move out date was August 3rd and went to put in my notice to move out in May. When telling them my plans they said my contract said July 3rd and that I signed an 11 month lease even though it showed August 3rd on the website. One of the employees changed the time to match that in the computer. Called me back the next day and stated he was told he does not have the authority to change the move out date and it was July 3rd again. However was going to speak with a manager and they would get back with me. After a week and not hearing back I went into the office and told them I would just move out on July 3rd. In June received something in the mail from them saying my lease was up August 3rd and went and spoke with them and they told me I am financially obligated until August 3rd. I have already started moving out and rented a storage facility at this point so beyond frustrated. This is just the end of a slew of issues at this place. When I moved in it said free Air Conditioning however it is not Air Conditioning it is swamp coolers. The first day I moved in the shower would not turn off. The air filter has not been changed and is filthy even after I asked for it to be changed. The back patio was overgrown with weeds when I moved in and they just left it even though they said it would be cleaned up prior to my move in date. These are just some of the many issues faced with while living here.
