Oro Vista Luxury Apartments

this deal of 2 months free had me looking , yet you realize the base price had risen up $200 , so it ain't doable ! I might practically get a decent small house for that . Oro Valley is not that convienant look west a bit !

these rents are ridiculous !! what has happened here is too many people per unit size are needed to achieve the rent !! a large one bedroom is still too small for 4, 5 adults . so they end up renting to a "couple" for income , then these people bring 2 more adults in to stay and share rent, expenses !!! a family of 5 welfare checks lives in here !!! 3 kids in two bedroom units now . please consider not hurting our economy more .

this seem like a nicer place than it really is . theydiid have a great sale for a bit pre-holiday , but it is again right back to much higher than it warrants . they did not do really any reno work this year. Not worth it .

these do appear to be open to renting now , with so many empty units . yet when yoou apply you realize there are more fees and all , plus they do seem to be unwilling to adjust the high rent . they really are over priced for this area .

so. whats the deal ? they cut $10 and then vo up $20 . not gonna Work .

it is very sad this place went so high priced , just evil , since its such a good design for our families in this area and times now . i swear the county should convisgate and turn it over to public housing !
