I love living at Green Leaf. The grounds are well kept. If I have repairs they are done quickly and done right. Management, especially the manager Rene is always friendly, helpful and professional. Rene goes out of her way to make living at Green Leaf pleasant. I will stay as long as she is the manager.

From seeing the internet photos of this place. I think it looks nice. Updated ! The price is a little steep for a Jr. One bedroom.

Hi there! We want to assure you that our rates fairly and accurately reflect the current market, and invite you to give us a call to schedule a tour. Thank you for your interest in our community!


The entire complex runs on an outdated and inefficient chiller system. Cooling and heating are free here but theres a HUGE caveat to this. Management decides when to switch from AC to heat and vice-versa for the complex so prepare to be pretty uncomfortable some days waiting for them to switch over to either the heat or AC. The chiller system also breaks down often. In fact, it was down this afternoon AND yesterday and my apartment was over 85 degrees for several hours. Last summer alone the chiller was down at least 4 times (once for almost an entire day) and twice it got up to 91 degrees in my apartment. I empathize with the tenants here who have children and pets and with those who have no place to go during these times. Ive had to leave my apartment a few times within the last year because of it getting dangerously hot inside. Its impossible to cook, sleep, exercise, or just plain enjoy the apartment you pay for each month when the ACs down so much especially when its well over 100 degrees outside. The heat in the apartment has made me physically ill. I also work from home which makes this even more of an issue. When I asked the former manager last July (when the chiller had been down off and on for a few days) whether or not Scotia had a plan to provide alternative housing arrangements to tenants or reimburse them for a motel room if the chiller was down for an extended period of time, I was never given a straight answer. Because Green Leaf relies on such a seemingly faulty system, this is absolutely unacceptable and I can't recommend this complex as a suitable place to live. I dont hold anyone in the office or maintenance team directly responsible for the chiller issues because this has apparently been going on for several years based on other reviews Ive read and they can only do so much. I hold Scotia Group management as a whole responsible for not providing quality and reliable temperature control for tenants.

Our residents' comfort is very important to us and we are sorry to hear that noise from your neighbors has been an issue. Noise pollution can be an unfortunate side effect of living in a multifamily housing situation, but if the noise is excessive or you feel that your neighbors are violating community policies, we would be happy to discuss the matter with you in more detail. While we certainly understand your frustrations regarding shut-offs, please know, shut-offs occur only when necessary maintenance or repairs are being performed. We aim to provide adequate notice so residents can plan accordingly. However, occasional emergency situations may arise that prevent us from doing so. We truly want to ensure that all of our residents are having the best experience possible. We would appreciate a second chance to impress you with our excellent service, so we encourage you to reach out to the office at your convenience. We hope to hear from you soon.


I left the apartment because they have consistently upping the prices for no reason. The maintenance emergency line took over a week to respond to issues. And the office staff at the time were quite rude. The place is overpriced for what you get. For the cost of rent here you could buy a house in tucson. The appliances are from the 70s (I googled the stove) the walls have been repainted and patch filled so much the paint peals after a few years. I dont blame the maintenance who worked there but rather the poor management. I heard from a tennant who still lived there for the 5th year in a row the cost has gone up. I can understand a minor increase like 120/year for inflation but they have been doing 40$/month increases as if they are an actual 5 star apartment that isn't filled with roaches and mold. One apartment had a hole in the wall poorly filled that was about the size of a large rat. There are dumpster apartments worse than here but for the amount you pay this place should be much better. For example the hot tub is the pool water with semi working air jets. It doesn't even remotely heat up. Places similarly priced have got tub controls to control jets and heat. These filth pedallers need to realise people can pay a mortgage at the rates charged here.
