Mold issues severe mold, and roof leaks I had to call the City of Tucson code enforcement , I am hoping they will be out there soon to see what type of work they are doing. They are in the process of selling the complex so know really cares . AC/Heat never works all the time. Water is always an issue, now Radon. I am getting a lawyer and getting out before I end up severely sick

Theres is dumpsters in Tucson that will treat you better than Fox point. The management is being taken care of by scotia. So it doesnt matter how they treat you. You will never win.
