I have lived here for 11 years, gone through 6 different management changes which were really bad, this new one looks to be the most promising, as soon as they took over my AC got fixed finally and maintenance is done in a timely manner. I'm not happy with their choice of pest control company they chose to work with cause they lie, but it seems like things are getting done with new management. this isn't a great area to live in I admit, but this is Tucson Arizona people, the higher up the hill you go it might get better but it's sure gonna hurt your wallet.
The apartment remodels are beautiful, however, the complex is still not up to par for the rent they are trying to charge. The remodel is like trying to put lipstick on a pig. Sorry property managers...
I lived there for 5 years and they were the most miserable years of my life. At move in the list of undone maintenance was quite long and many of the problems were never attended to. The dishwasher was in pieces and, although we were promised a replacement, it never happened. The entire apartment complex was infested with roaches and bedbugs. Rent was increased every time the lease was renewed. There were 7 manager changes in 5 years, each more incompetent than the last. The last manager, Erik, was by far the worst. He was cold and dismissive in his dealings with the residents. Especially with the elderly ones. That was true with the entire management company, Nicolosi and Fitch. It was all about the money for them, and the residents were an unfortunately necessary inconvenience. I would not recommend Tuscany Apartments to anyone, not even someone who I despised.
I loved how spacious my apartment home was but the outside property wasn't taken care of very well and the neighbors were loud and always seemed intoxicated and the police were always around which made me feel there was some type of crime going on and the manager was beyond rude and disrespectful
I lived there for 4 years i recently moved out due to roaches, loud and nosey neighbors have no privacy at all landlord is disrespectful they dont want to fix anything but they want your money i will not advise anyone to move in.
