DO NOT under any circumstances move here ! I am still here and I wanted to write this as a cautionary. Before day 1, moved from out of town and when i got here in 115 degree weather my place was not ready as promised. Night 1 roaches start appearing in my living room and kitchen. Dump a ton from the lighting fixtures in the hall way guess those were a welcoming gift. I was told by management that the big one were sewer roaches and the small one are probably babies. I at time asked if they could come spray each Tuesday until resolve they said yes and came once. Maybe twice in two months. Needless to say i still have roaches and can barely put anything on the floor as a result. Second there is a stench of weed throughout the complex doesn't really bother me. However management decided one day to try and evict me for the smell of weed OUTSIDE they never requested to enter my home to see for sure or have police come to my home they just assumed it was me and put a 10 day on my door when i have told them repeatedly it was not me and ppl smoke all the time on the way to the pool. 8th day of 10 day notice the manager ask me to remove contents from my porch. I educated her there is nothing at all on my porch. And that one of their ppl vri that last week. But just like the weed i had to be lying so they came and checked. And guess what we both smelled weed outside and there was nothing on my porch. Do you think at that point the manager Brianna was like i apologize i may have jumped to conclusion. Nope. She tells me instead hey i don't want to have conflict. Great don't try to force people out of their homes with no proof and there would be no conflict simple. I thought about it and i was like i could of been looking for a new home if she had came over here alone and smelled that weed. To top it all off i still have a broke dryer from June. They did fix the washer by entering without permission. Overall i have never had such a bad experience dealing with a complex and i en
