I love the facility, my apartment, the neighborhood, and the management. You get what you pay for, but rent is expensive.
Generally, all the service problems are dealt with in a timely manner (within a week). The apartments are large. The pools are rarely used but usually clean. The neighborhood is quiet and most tenants are also. Although there are a few lights out and once and a while some unsavory people walking through here, it is, for me a 9/10 for me. The management people have been friendly and open.
Average in terms of amenities and quickness of service
My unit is quiet and there are no noisy parties. Maintenance strives to do repairs as soon as possible. All my issues which arose have been dealt with in a timely fashion. The office staff is very responsive and knowledgeable. The grounds are well-maintained and there are plenty of laundry facilities. The pools are clean. The eclectic nature of the inhabitants makes it a nice place to live. The location was the reason I chose it (plus the amenities) and so many businesses are nearby.
In general the company is very responsive and ready to work with the tenants. Unfortunately ever since the company lost John the maintenance man, maintenance around the complex and in the apartment has been slow or unresponsive. Also when I moved in the company told me they were going to be building a gym, and then after I signed the lease that plan did not happen.
