Happy to live here and the grounds are always nice when I walk my dog. The office staff is nice, neighbors are nice.

The manager Jessica is nasty and makes living here very unpleasant. I want to move just because of her. It is a shame because I noticed some of the other office staff have started being very rude and nasty to the resident now with her setting the hostile tone in that office. On these reviews the office staff are encouraging the residents to come to talk to the office with their problems. I did this and Jessica's response to my reaction to my going in the office complainig about her harassing me was to put a $25 fine onto my next month's rent. She is truly sick. Maintainence are friendly and hard working, Perhaps they should trane Jessica how to do her job here!

NOT recommended, not reliable, I paid to set aside the price and the unit, after I introduced myself to the place they designed me that I did not have available? I started looking for another place where I made a contract, then they call me saying that it was a mistake, that my apartment is ready ?????.

I am at the point of I have had enough. We paid our last rate of the last monthly rent and we had a notice on our door saying we still owed more money. My husband double checked to see how much we still owed. I called the front office, they called me back and argued with me saying it was still due. Apparently their leasing agent screwed up giving wrong information. It is somehow still our fault when we read the leasing agreement over again. Which did not start until November 6th. We made sure of that. I am not sure where the heck the last $43.33 is coming from. We do not owe you guys anymore then what we have paid.
Plus things take forever to get fixed. The last guy to come fix our toilet just told us to jiggle the thing instead because it gets "stuck". Well that is a sanitation problem. Thats disgusting and I do not like reaching my hand into a freaking toilet. They are now charging for water, trash and sewer and raised the rent almost $100. After our lease is up next year we are leaving. Plus the water and dryer card readers keep going out. The office staff is alright there are some friendly people however, the woman who argued with me over the phone really irritated me and I have issues with people doing that. Maybe read our lease and realize we did not owe you guys additional money yet.
