Hi,
I have lived here for 9yrs. and I like it because you cannot hear the traffic at all etc for the sirens of the ambulance and fire trucks.
I will live here until God takes me to heaven.
Thank you for everything you have done for me staff and the worker's that takes care of the apartments and the grounds keeper that takes care of the yards.

This is the most horrible place. The staff is rude and unprofessional, maintenance will steal and break your stuff if you give permission to enter and the management will do nothing. There is no insulation so the electric bills are through the roof.

Would give 0 stars if I could. WORST apartments I've ever had the misfortune to live in. My roommate and I are both college students, and moved here due to the low price. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!! Sketchy people all over the property, loud and obnoxious neighbors, incompetent maintenance people and the office doesn't take anything seriously. DO NOT!! STAY HERE!! Complete waste of money and effort to get anything fixed here. THERE ARE LITERAL HOLES IN THE BRICK WALLS OF OUR APARTMENT! The dishwasher doesn't drain, smells of rotten eggs, and has flooded our kitchen FIVE TIMES in the past two weeks, they've been out to "fix" it three or four times, and it floods worse each time? Honestly so disappointed. Wish we had taken out a 6 month lease instead of a full year.

Reasonable and well maintained added bonus: beautiful

While the neighborhood is safe, the building themselves are rather old and often in need of repair. The management tries hard, but oftentimes details get lost or requests go unanswered.
