I feel up application with this apartment they take 14 days with no response I called them every single day the dont pick up the phone at all they only pick up the phone every 5 days one time the staff not nice and they dont care about customer its so much headache after that I canceled my application I do not want waste my time and money with this type of apartment

I have lived here 3 to 4+ year's back in 2015. At that time the place had many manager's and maintance crews come and go. And offered all utilities included in the rent Originally I was staying with my best friend and his father. In Apt 55 downstars. The plumbing from the apartment upstairs would leak water into the downstairs bathroom and then flood the bedroom and living room. The manager at that time only had deluxe apartment available. So as a courtesy, management had us move in Apt 57. The only thing that made the apartment a deluxe was it came with a microwave oven. So the apt 55 plumbing could fixed and the black mold that has been growing in the walls could be removed and treated. Since than the place was great. Now having signing a new contract lease back in November of 2018. All utilities were still included, until April 19, 2019. When everyone got a surprise of now having to pay for the utilities on top of there rent. Problem is, the apartment units do not have individual meters for gas, water and electricity for each apartment. So how do they know how much is being used for every individual apartment? Plus I have a one year contract that states that the utilities are included in the rent that 629.00 each 1st of the month. Which how does someone who gets SSI benefits of 820 sayposed pay there rent and still have money for groceries and personal items gas for there car or repairs too. At this point only way to able to pay for everything is if are already married and move in to a one bedroom or studio. Or worse, someone who is handicapped and needs a live in care provider. Sadly, I have a bad feeling that I may have to move out sooner than planned. My advice, when signing a new lease weather it's 6 to 12 months. Make sure to check the better business bureau on the place and Google it too. And if possible, ask some of the residents living there.

Not worth living here. I was told my apartment is 100% ready for me to move in. I had to wait five and a half hours for the maintenance man to finish fixing my sink. The finish product, the sink still leaked but now it's clogged. Plus the new sink he installed, poorly installed. My toilet is still broken, there's bugs and the owner doesn't care. The only reason they got one start is because that's the only way I could give a review.
