I was denied residency because of my income. Which seems to me to be backwards, as you would be guaranteed with rent paid on time.

Tolleson is a great place to stay even though it's hot but I enjoyed the weather n I'm happy to be in tolleson lol
Dont move in to these apartments. Ants and roach problems. Management is horrible. They find ways to charge you for their problems with normal wear and tear. Be prepared to pay over $500 out of pocket once you move out. Manager doesnt talk with you just hands you a notice that your expected to pay. IR if you happen to move in and walk into a bad unit. Your expected to fix the problem out of your pocket.
Rude and unprofessional staff. Loud kids run around at all hours. Loud fire station sirens. Smelly slaughter house and loud beeping trucks next door. No sidewalks on main road outside complex. Dumpsters usually spilling over and hobos rummage through it. Reckless drivers in the parking lot. Underperforming schools in the area. Cant use fitness center because its only open during front office business hours. Front office only open on weekdays. Frequent water shut off episodes and apartment inspections. Front gate always broken. Paper thin walls. Only advantage is cheap prices - and even then I cant say its worth it.
