My apartment is great everything was what it was when i first go look at it. So far everything great nice looking apartment. No complaints

Beware! They tag team... the manager showed me the apartment and when I would ask questions she said the lady in the office would go over things with me, which she did to a point! As it turned out after putting a $100.00deposit down, things happened and I went back to let them know I would not be taking the unit. Since no one told me about time frame I was not aware of the timeline to get deposit back. When I asked the gal in the office she said the other lady was to have told me. Not!!!! Im not rich enough to toss money freely, but due to the lack of information given to me, I became a victim, cant help but wonder how many others this has happened to!

the change since the take over has been like night and day the outside is very clean now and i love that they added washer and dryers ,
i'm very exited to see what the pools are going to look like after they renovated them

I'm very happy with the new company
my work orders get done on time the guys are alway cleaning the grounds and when i call the girls are very helpful with answering questions
