I just recently moved out of the Lofts at Rio Salado. Overall, it was a very average experience - definitely not great but not horrible either. The apartments are older but decently maintained and reasonably clean. The leasing staff is friendly, but service once you move in is below average. I had multiple repairs that took too long to resolve and the communication wasnt very good. Example: my washer and dryer went out, it took 2 weeks to fix and there was no ETA or updates given. I went to the leasing office to ask and even then they werent willing to help. That faux friendliness you see during the sales process was gone and asking a basic question about when itll be fixed was treated as a major annoyance. Again the apartments are fine, some train noise in the middle of the night but there didnt seem to be any desire to provide great or even good service once you move in. Also, the trash rooms they recently reverted to are NASTY smelling! Overall I probably wouldnt live there again but I also wouldnt say stay away either.
This place was horrible! Lots of car and apartment break-ins -we even got a letter notifying everyone of the them once because there had been so many within a short time. It Also stated that the police were going to start monitoring the complexdo you really want to live here? Office staff are a joke, no one picks up after their dogs to include frequent dog pee in the elevators-just hope you dont get stuck moving in like we had during the summer and forced to use a stinky elevator because of dried dog pee when the other elevator wouldnt work. Should have been our first sign to leave this luxurious community and the elevators continued to break down often throughout the year. I was so disappointed with this place and see they are repainting!-Im sure thatll keep the robbers away. Hate that I still am reminded of this place daily because of how close it is to the 202!
Looks great like idea of w/d in the apartment.
