cool community however building management is lacking. Maintenance requests will linger for months without being taken care of - they are hard to reach on the phone and depending on your schedule hard to get a hold of by going into the office. Communication is not there once you sign your lease. Also lots of minor differences in my apartment than the one I was shown. They are still good apartments clean and safe however building management needs a fire lit under them to become more engaged with the tenants whom pay monthly rent's needs.
Worst apartment I've ever lived in. Read every review on google, Yelp etc. All the negative are true. Any of the positive has to be paid or the staff. Go somewhere else, or horribly regret it.
Stat clear. Worst experience! Everything people say in the negative reviews is true. I'm almost certain all positive reviews is from the staff or paid. No way anyone could enjoy living in this mess!
I love my apartment here at Solara at mill. I have lived in two different apartments here, one renovated and one classic and have not had any issues with it. I would recommend this complex. They have great amenities, and the pools are located through out the property making sure they are not too busy. The staff is really nice. The renovations are great, it might've been a little bumpy getting them finished but i'm happier with them then without. You can tell they are actually trying to improve the property. This is why I have lived here and plan on living here 2+ years.
This Apartment complex is absolute Garbage. The management cares nothing about the renters. They have been "renovating" some of the apartments but they have made no real upgrades that provide true value to the renters. The biggest problem I have had is with the AC. By trade I am a HVAC guy. I have never seen a chiller have as many problems as they do here. Plus the supply fan in my apartment has had numerous problems most of which I have fixed because maintenance takes so long here or the workers are not skilled enough or they don't have the proper equipment. Furthermore they are always turning on and off the water at random times. Also if you move here be prepared to have the staff come into your apartment all the time. In the last year they have entered my apartment about 10 times. Just two weeks ago they entered my apartment to begin to install the necessary equipment for a washer and dryer. Their vendor came into my apartment around 7 am and completed thrashed one of my rooms. They moved everything out of one of my closets so they could cut up the wall for the new piping. Then they just left. Also they will not place the washer and dyer into my unit until my lease is up so I have to deal with a bathroom that has a bunch of holes in the wall and new piping for the remainder of my lease. Another time they entered my apartment to swap out the breaker panel. The contractor or maintenance guy wired the panel incorrectly and I came home to no power in my bedroom because of a ground fault. When I showed the guy that the neutral was wired to the ground bar he proceeded to swap out the breaker. Which did nothing to fix the issue, he left saying he had to go talk to someone about this. I did not hear anything for 2 hours so I made the correction myself. I am so glad my lease is almost over here and I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE EVERYONE TO NOT MOVE HERE!
