I have been living at San Portella apartments in Tempe for ten years now. The apartments are wonderful. They are safe, clean, well maintained, and a great neighborhood to live. As an example, after these ten years, I have just recently needed to have some service done on a few of the appliances (garbage disposal, bathroom sink, and washer). Keith from the maintenance department came immediately! He fixed the drainage problem and the disposal right then and there, but he needed to order a part for the washer. When the shipment for the washer part was delayed, the property manager, Anthony, and Keith discussed it and decided to completely replace my washer with a new one instead. Wow! Plus, as a compensation for the small delay, they even gave me free movie tickets!
The manager and maintenance people are professional, friendly, and courteous. San Portella is a great place to live!
You know how you swipe right then show up and he/she doesn't look like their pictures? Ya, not the case here so make a move, check it out, and if your lucky they'll be a vacancy.
The staff is always professional and helpful.
The apartments are pretty high in quality and the workers and residents are kind to each other. The rooms are pretty well insulated so you do not have to worry about it being to hot or too cold and you rarely hear neighbors through the walls. Of course, the added 24/7 gym and pool are amazing added bonuses.
Requested of local Management 3 times to provide one dedicated parking space in front of office for mail access / no overnight parking. No action taken.
