Super cute apartment community. I like the throwback to a 1950's Palm Springs vibe of the property!

It's a nice quiet community. I haven't had any issues, and have always been greeted with professionalism and respect, Veronica is just amazing and so helpful.

Don't rent hear. Management is terrible and doesn't listen or get back to you. I've lived here the past year and the management has changed 3 different times. Pool was supposed to be done in June. The summer was terrible without it. Also no online payments so you have to drive out to North Scottsdale to give them your payment. It's close to ASU but other than that there's nothing good about this place.
