UPDATE - MORE FEES: Suddenly changed their policies and now paying your rent online incurs a $26 fee! I am finally moving out at the end of this month, and what a relief it will be! I'm tired of getting nickle and dimed for every little thing, while also overpaying for an outdated apartment.

I've lived here for 4 years now... The ownership and management changed in the last year or two (I don't remember exactly when the change happened), and things did get a bit better. HOWEVER, we are now getting charged for parking. In the 4 years I've lived here, there has never been a charge for parking. Nothing has been improved, nothing has been upgraded, and yet this month we are now being charged for something that was free last month. Absolutely ridiculous... It would be one thing if they upgraded the covered parking, or did something that warranted a charge for parking, but nothing has changed at all... They just want to make more profit off of their residents.

Credit card companies access a fee whenever using their form of payment. Unfortunately, this is not something we can control. You may consider using the e-Check option when making payments, as this comes without a fee. Please contact our office if there is anything else we can assist you with.


Price is to high for the living space theres better places for cheaper

We had terrible experience with these apartments especially the management.My son leased the apartment for 1 year and he decided he didn't want to go and I spoke with Alicia Wittek the manager who said she will help us out .I told her we have some new furniture too and we can leave wuth apartment and she said she will have to check and after checking she said she will take furniture and wanted us not to pay any more rent.Then almost six months later we get a collection letter sating we need to pay 5000 plus dollars and that my son was reported to credit bureaus.In the mean time in the pst six months there was no communication whatsoever and when I spoke to front persin at the partments he said we should just pay and there is nothing they can do.Its like they rushed us out saying they are helping us out making an exception,took our furniture and now asking us to pay for all those months.Pease be careful with them they are trying to cheat customers.
