          No one answers phone, rude if they do. Why would I wish to be a long time resident with such poor service?

          When appliances such as the heater or water heater breaks, they really dont care to fix it, they just do the minor work then leave, and you'll have the same issues the next day.

          My name is Benjamin Davis. I am Dorothy's live in boyfriend and am actually the person seeing to it that the rent is paid. This is my email addresses that she is using. I have been a resident here for 2 years and have enjoyed living here. The staff is great, the location is ideal, and the other tennants for the most part are a joy to be around. I have, nor have I ever had any complaints.

          The worst managed place I have ever stayed at. The grounds are well keep. Though people who live here dig in the dumpsters. The managers are rude, unknowing or out of touch.
