I have lived here for about 2 years and absolutely love it! The location can't be beat, and the prices for a Scottsdale address are just great. The staff is consistently friendly and deserve this recognition.

We wanted to take over an apartment that a friend is currently renting. She has furniture we want to buy and we're hoping to avoid having to move it. I just spoke with the leasing office and they won't allow us to take over the lease or to apply as a new renter and keep the furniture in the apartment until we move in. We are willing to take the apartment as-is. Despite the apartment being available to rent, they are requiring that everything be completely moved out before we would move in. Where has common sense gone, LOL. We will rent elsewhere, if Ventana won't use common sense to simplify something that benefits them and a potential renter - how helpful would they be once we moved in? Yikes.
