Great location with everything you need right on-site. Love the floor plan and the finishes--made moving from my house to an apartment feel like I was still at home.
The property is a great place to live and the staff extremely professional. Everyone here is super friendly
The staff is the best part of this community. They are beyond helpful, patient, and are willing to accommodate. Most corporate leasing centers have a 1 rule fits all model, the TomScot makes the residents feel like they are truly valued residents, they do not lump them in as just a customer.
Location, amenities, and office staff are great. The apartments are a bit overpriced for the space that you get, but its a "luxury complex" and you're paying a premium for the location. That being said, the units are very nice and the appliances are all great.
The downfall of this place is its residents, and the office seems oblivious to, or unwilling to, deal with the issues. A neighbor literally lit their balcony on fire, had multiple noise complaints from myself and other residents, and let their dog jump in the pool. They're still here. It reminds me of living in a college apartment on Mill, not a "luxury" apartment in Scottsdale. I like to have fun at the pool too, and I don't expect the place to be a monastery, just a bit of common courtesy from neighbors would be cool. I'll be taking my money elsewhere when my lease ends.
I have not had a good experience so probably best you don't share my feedback.
