    We came to view an apartment we were interested in. Upon arriving Kayla yelled at my mom for sitting down even though we were told to wait and the room was full of people. The apartment wasn't ready to view until an hour and fifteen minutes after our appointment. When I told Flor I can't move in that specific day, she immediately got defensive and started arguing with me. We were confronted by Kayla in the office who YELLED at us for not being able to move that day and demanded an explanation before throwing a folder across the desk storming out. I tried to complain to the manager, Rainy, but she didnt even let me finish my complaint, kept interrupting me, and said her girls wouldnt act like that.
