I love this place . I have been here 3 years and it has a lot to offer and very nice staff. Stephanie and rachelle and flaesha are the best. They are always planning great activities and things for the tenants to do. The pools are great as well. Love it

Worst place Ive ever lived. Management was god awful. My apt was INFESTED with roaches so bad that my child refused to go stay there. Pool was gross. The Apt had a smell of smoke in it the whole time I lived there. You do not want to live here. Plenty of other option for the same price.

MG Properties of Scottsdale Horizon has introduced a significant decrease to the value of living here. Prior to MG purchasing the property, management was inept at best and the property was poorly maintained. I had figured it can only be up from here with new ownership. I was sadly mistaken, while surprised it could get worse. Since MG has taken over, the water gets shut off for a minimum of 8hrs per day, at least 4-6 days per month. Over a 5 month span, there has been a cumulative 3-4 weeks of water shut off. All the while MG claims they're doing "maintenance." What maintenance...I have yet to see any, which leaves me speechless. The grounds are ravaged with weeds, many of which are poisonous to pets. The latter part is direct wording from an MG notice provided to the tenants, letting them know they were aware of it. They attempted and failed to do anything meaningful to resolve it. Most of the light posts, which are to provide lighting to walkways are cracked, broken, and/or just completely not functioning, leaving the areas outside dark and impossible to walk through at night. This has gone on for over 2 months with zero resolution or attempt to fix. Two of the light posts were even broken and left laying on the ground for weeks, with multiple complaints, and no action by MG. MG Properties of Scottsdale Horizon has extremely poor management and horrible maintenance. Since the maintenance is employed by MG, I do not directly blame them as the workers. But I believe it is MG who is failing to communicate with the employee's appropriately. Overall, the apartment grounds are not kept clean, weeds are left growing for months before being cut and when dog feces is left on the ground by the owner, it is equally left by management and maintenance for weeks before being cleaned. Paint is left peeling on all the buildings. All of this is with exception to the Main Office. MG's only concerns appear to be keeping up the Office to be appealing to new applicants. If only they

Reasonably priced apartments great for roommate living because of the split master.

No probably not. Out of several places I have rented over the years, it has not been my best experience.
