Scottsdale Highlands

With in the past few weeks this place has definitely changed, for the better part. Landscaping has been improving as well as maintenance with their new team of maintenance This first year for us at this property was slow but now starting to pull itself together. They are doing a great job and we are glad to call Highlands Home!!!

Staff, office, and maintenance treat you like a freaking number. You are nothing but meat to grind. Good luck getting anything done on time. Residents constantly accidentally leave dogs off leashes, cockroaches, constant public lighting issues, maintenance will fight you for repairs as if they are paying for it out of their pocket. Not worth it, you are a number, you are a paycheck, not a human here.

Just received renewal letter. They are trying to increase my rent $355 a month. That's a 24% increase. THIS IS NOT OKAY.

Worst apartment living experience ever!!! Completely incompetent staff and maintenance team. Lived here 3 years with a constant AC leaking problem that they would not fix. Finally replaced the unit a month ago but the new one stops cooling on a recurring basis. The front desk staff is terrible. They dont know how to communicate or answer questions regarding lease terms and renewal. They dont respect my time or privacy. Send maintenance to my place unannounced all the time. My life is constantly interrupted and inconvenienced because they are so unorganized. This is the second Friday in a row that they randomly shut off my water unannounced and after hours so I have no idea what is going on. I cannot wait to get out of here!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

I had issues from day 1. The manager has not called me and I do not know why. I am considering getting a lawyer. It is OUTRAGEOUS the level of customer service I have received. The lack of accountability is incredible. Maintenance was terrible. Air conditioner worked in only half of the apartment. Conflicting communication with staff. NO accountability if they do something wrong. Plumbing was terrible in both bathroom and kitchen. I could go on, but to be honest, it was an absolute terrible experience.

Absolute worst place I have ever lived. Ifrom the moment I moved the place was falling apart. Good luck getting anything repaired. It took 3 service requests online and 5 calls six weeks later it was finally taken care of. Now that I have moved out they are trying to make me replace carpet and pad($1000) for pet stains when a pet never entered my apartment do to my allergies. The place that people dispose of dog poop is always overflowing and stinking. Someone stole hand weights in gym and it took 9 months to replace. They talked about replacing pool furniture for 17 months and when I moved out it still had not been done. The heater at main pool was broken from November to March.
