Miramonte

Ive only lived at Miramonte for a couple of months but it has been a joyful and pleasant experience.

I've lived at multiple communities in the Scottsdale area and Miramonte is hands down the best. It's safe, fun, has excellent ameninties and a truly fantastic staff - both front in the front office and the maintenance team. The community is well maintained, clean, and the units have great flooplans. Absolutely love living At Miramonte.

I really love the small community here. Megan is awesome as our manager here. She really cares about the residents. Very happy here.

Miramonte is a really great place to live. So well maintained wonderful personnel and location is superb. Renting sight unseen it met all our expectations.

Not just another apartment complex! It all started with the management when I came in looking at the apartment. Seeing how they knew their clients by name even their pets made me feel at home and that they really cared. I never feel like I'm just another person here to pay the rent. I feel like I am part of a small community within this big city.

I had an exceptional experience living at Miramonte Apartments and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed living space. The management team was always ready to assist with anything I needed and were prompt in responding to maintenance requests quickly and efficiently. The apartment itself is quiet, clean, and well-maintained. The monthly food trucks were a great value add to the community! The complex is in a great location and my time here was nothing short of excellent. I felt safe, comfortable, and supported throughout my residency.

Moved here 4 mos ago in mid December and have nothing but positive things to say about the nicely renovated apartment and well kept community grounds. Cole was an absolute pleasure to work with on my lease and getting me squared away for a smooth move in. Highly recommend Miramonte to anyone who prefers a smaller/quaint and well maintaineed community with nice amenities (bbq areas, gym, pool and spa, well maintained grounds with plenty of grassy areas), a great staff and cordial neighbors.

Second place I've lived now since moving to Scottsdale and this place deserves 5 stars all day long! Friendly community and very classy quiet apartments. I am delighted with my experience at this apartment complex! The office and maintenance staff are incredibly friendly, always ready to assist. The well-kept grounds enhance the overall appeal, and the modern amenities of the apartments are not only aesthetically pleasing but also reasonably priced. Convenient freeway access, proximity to beautiful parks, and being just minutes away from top-notch shopping and dining make this complex an ideal choice. I highly recommend it!

I lived here for two years and it was a wonderful experience. The location is amazing and I really loved my apartment. The manager and maintenance crew were also easy to contact and had great communication skills. I felt that everyone that works there really goes above and beyond to help you. I always felt that any issue I had was resolved professionally and kindly. I really appreciate living there.

Mira Monte is AMAZING! My sister and I moved in over a month ago and we love it here. I recently graduated from ASU and moved to Scottsdale to be closer to mine and my sister's jobs. Everything imaginable is a 5-10 minute drive away (Scottsdale Fashion Square, restaurants, grocery stores, Target, gyms, Chaparral park etc.). I think it is super great that people of all ages live in this community. Everyone I've encountered has been extremely friendly! My neighbors have been quiet and respectful too which is a plus. I've had such terrible experiences living in apartments throughout college (roaches, rude neighbors, feeling unsafe) but living at Mira Monte is like a dream. From what I understand, this complex was built in the 80's, but you couldn't tell. Everything from the appliances, to the flooring/carpet, even the closets, are updated! Our unit had that nice new carpet smell when we walked in and was super clean. Our balcony has a gorgeous view of the pool and the mountains which I love. And the french doors leading to the balcony was such a selling point for us! I believe it's a pretty good price point for the location you're getting. Maintenance is amazing and all other employees have been great as well. Overall, this is a very wholesome community and has made my transition from college life to working life so much easier. They are great UNTIL you move out. If you have a pet that is potty trained, and you keep your apartment very clean, they will still charge insane prices for carpet after moving out. I only had carpet in my ~15 x 15 foot bedroom in my unit. My dog has been fully potty trained for 9 years. I vacuumed twice a week, and even went as far as cleaning corners and wiping trim down. When I moved out, my carpet looked as no one had even lived or walked on it, and there was no smell. PB Bell charged me $45 for a "Deep Clean for heavy soil/stains", and ANOTHER $175 for pet treatment to the carpet. $220 total for a small bedroom with carpet that was pristine. They do not provide you with pictures or any proof for these charges. They just pass along the charges the carpet company sends to them with no proof. After speaking with other professionals in the property management industry, these prices are insanely high. I would stay away if you plan to live there with any kind of pet.
