I looked at 6 other complexes before deciding on Casa Santa Fe. I am so glad I waited before making my decision, as I love living here. The staff, the maintenance crew and the amenities are outstanding.
The best - better than all the rest. I plan to spend the rest of my life here, hopefully for the next 25 years (that might be pushing things a bit, given that I'm 75).
This apartment complex should be avoided by any apartment seekers. The staff is rude, the maintenance and quality of living here keeps going bad to worse. Pools are mossy and dirty, A/C and appliance barely work. All windows and doors are so deteriorated to the point where you can see daylight through doors, and the windows are so old and broken down they do not close correctly. Do yourself a huge favor and don't get locked into a lease with the company operating this place. I have not talked to a tenant of this residence that has anything good to say about this property. Personally I would highly discourage renting here.
Worst complex i have found myself living in. The walls and windows seem to block no noise from outside or wind. On a windy day, my indoor blinds literally blow in the wind. On top of the structure of the apartments, it seems that a request to enter property is left almost every other week. Entered property to instal straps on water heater, 2 weeks later they are requesting to enter to now to maintenance on water heater, and the next day entering for something else. If you enjoy privacy this apartment complex is not it. The office staff seems to give no care about its residents. Ive complained about workings working at 6am, i was told they would talk to them but they were at it the next yet again at 6am. When i signed my lease i was not informed they would be doing any of this maintenance or work on the facility.
On top of those complaint of it all for some reason they will now not accept cashiers check for rent, and also wants to charge for your packages? How does that make any sense?!
Extremely disappointed and aggravated with Casa Santa Fe apartments.
Greystar was a much better management company. Several times I have gone to pick up packages I have had to wait over 30min because the office is constantly understaffed. The ladies in the office are nice but I get a lot of poor excuses for lack of action or knowledge.
