no longer 5 star - this place has gone downhill and would / could only give it 1 star as its not worth 5 - the office team have a lot to change internally as they are dragging it below 1star - the boys are epic who look after the apartments - shout out to Jeff and Jake - maybe its time for change

The person in the apartment plays their TV too loud and I can hear every word when sleeping. Most likely due to thin walls rather than the TV up too high.

Maintenance staff is fantastic! Friendly and on top of any issues that arise. The grounds are beautiful and maintained consistently. The dog park on site is convenient and a nice perk - most other complexes do not have this. Keep up the great work!

More visitor parking in certain areas would be nice. All the staff is very friendly and most helpful. I love the garbage valet - would like to see it on weekends as well.

Community is fantastic! Love everything about it - one thing that does come to mind for improvement would be the lighting. It is very dark at night time inside of the community. Also, there needs to be more guest parking.

Maintenance service is exceptional. Respond and repair almost immediately! Returned home Sunday evening to broken A/C in 114 degree weather. Service Tech showed up in 15 minutes and repaired! The property is clean, well maintained and a great location!
