92FortyScottsdale is a place you call home! CAM Properties Management does an excellent job taking care of all aspects of our community! Our managers Natalie and Nicole are respectful, helpful, thoughtful, caring, kind, and social. They have excellent customer service! Our maintenance staff Andy, James, and Jaime are all the same compliments. They do an excellent job also! And they do repairs in an expedited manner. The entire staff greets a lot, smiles a lot, and conversations together. That can make some ones day! The landscapers do an excellent job in our community! They are respectful, kind and greet people. The property is beautiful! We take walks along the pathways. And we enjoy the scenery. It is a very quiet community. The apartments are updated and beautiful! Our one bedroom is cozy. Scenery is beautiful from our balcony and living room window. Our community is in an excellent location. We are a couple of minutes from the 101 Loop, shopping, restaurants, activities, biking, hiking, walking, and the Green Belt. Come on over and take a tour of this oasis on Redfield Rd. Welcome home!

OMG LOVE LOVE LOVE living here. The owner is amazing, the management takes personal care, the maint and grounds staff are wonderful. I love this neighborhood. You can take a walk at 1am with no worries. Close to freeway, quiet, close to shopping, movie theater, restaurants. You will be so happy here.

I lived in a one-bedroom apartment at Las Hadas for 2.5 years. A move out of state was the only reason I left after my lease ended. The apartment was the perfect size. The apartment had plenty of room and storage for my belongings. I encountered very few issues with the apartment itself and the issues I encountered were minute. The small issues that I encountered were quickly addressed by the onsite staff. Another bonus of living in the apartment complex was the amazing property manager. Shes very kind and understanding. She worked very hard to keep the complex running and worked hard to make everyone comfortable in the complex.

Las Hadas is the perfect place to call home if you want to live in a safe, quiet complex and still be in a convenient location near grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. It's a great complex with well maintained grounds. The office and maintenance staff treat you like family and are extremely responsive and timely. I would highly recommend this place.
