      What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Phoenix

the thing i like most is the people my neighbors are friendly and they help each other out when they need it. I also like the area because it is near all my doctors and the stores i go to.

The people are nice and its pretty close to some main stores. It could definitely do with a few more restaurants and convenience stores. It's a low income neighbor hood so there is a certain amount of crime here.

It's a quiet, older neighborhood, but still family and kid friendly. People walk their dogs and kids can play out safely. There are grocery stores nearby, as well as fast dood if you are so inclined.

I like that is mostly hispanic people, also gas stations and grocery stores near by, I like that I can walk to a super center and buy some nice stuff

In my neighborhood there isn't crime as like other neighborhoods. They also have a community pool so everyone has access

my favorite local business is walmart, safeway and tjmax. the place where I live in is also close to schools.
