They was horrible at everything they kept charging more and more each month they charged to use the dryers we had to pay gas bill for laundry they never fixed anything they I signed a 12 month lease they tried charging me for 13 months the corporate office lady was rude they went through office workers a lot it was just the worse experience ever its so much more to write but Im just glad Im done
The overall management when I was there wasnt great. There was mold in my ceiling that never got taken care of. Cracks in my bathtub. My ac wasnt functioning properly. I decided to break my lease a month early and they billed me for the cracks in the bathtub that their maintenance half fixed. (That is an entire other issue) and the destroyed ceiling that their maintenance worker left behind after looking at the leaks in my roof. I lived in this complex 15 years ago and it was beautiful, that was why I came back. But my adult experience ruined a lot of the food memories I had.
I't's a dump. It's so bad that management changes every 12 to 24 months. The latest company has been doing some much needed improvements, but also making very stupid choices of what to focus on. They have jacked up the prices. The 1 bedroom apartments here are only worth about $450 to $500 per month. They are asking $699 to $780 on a new lease. NO units have a washer / dryer & VERY limited hours for the laundry room. The pool consistently gets locked up early with chains & padlocks.

No pun intended, the Waterfront Apartments have constant water issues, floods, leaks, and the water is shut off constantly, an average of once a week, or more. Some of the office staff are very nice, but the new manager is very unpleasant, often scowling and just not personable, as you would expect someone to be in her position. I know it's not always easy dealing with the public, but if you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen. Repairs often go weeks or months without a resolution, and when you tell the office, they are often insensitive, especially if there's a leak, which you'd expect to be addressed immediately. The landscaping crew are good at keeping the grounds well manicured and clean. The pool, laundry rooms and shared bbq area, are kept decent, but there are some residents, and homeless people that don't care to keep where they live clean. There is a female maintenance worker, who cleans the complex area daily, that's a plus. The complex is gated, but they don't work, and are often left propped open. Over all it's in the perfect location, for the bus or light rails, schools, and shopping, but the property, and staff could use some improvement. I guess it could be worse, depending on which building you live in.
