Ive been living at this property for the past year and it has been the worst experience Ive ever had with an apartment building. Lets start with the water which doesnt get very hot to begin with but the broiler broke which residents had to wait 3 weeks before we could get hot water and they refused to prorate the water bill or rent. Then the the fact that they cant seem to keep reliable people in management and when they do have staff they never and I mean never answer their phones. There are feral cats running everywhere. They let work order request go for weeks and they have no respect for good tentants. I cant wait to leave this apartment and I wouldnt recommend the devil himself to leave hear. The apartment themselves are great love the space but everything else sucks which kills the whole experience of living here.
Because I was told I was a risk and have a conflict of interest when I wanted to volunteer for the community events. I was even asked to participate every week. I said yes. And they still assumed I had a conflict of interest for something that is coming out of my pocket. So meat up I'm disgusted with these people.
Overall, it was a good experience. The ladies in the front office were helpful and kind. When I first moved in, I had several issues with my apartment. They fixed them all within a few days. I never felt like I was a bother when I needed something. Sometimes, they did not respond to emails or phone call messages, but always helpful when they answered the phone or I stopped in. It was a safe environment, and no problems with the neighbors.
The office is never open when I need to go drop something off like rent or pick up mail(that doesnt fit in the mailbox). And yes, I go during their posted business hours. They also got rid of the drop box so good luck paying your rent on time when they're never there to answer the door. Also, they never answer the phone. Ever. The maintenance team is really really really really slow at answering service requests.
