The tenteds dont respect the rules they stay at the pool at all hours past the time allowed so much noise, play ground is dirty they never in the office or answer phone calls vending machine sucks rent is never what they say or sign they can never answer your questions also not to mention you can never find a parking spot if I was desperate and had to move out Ill never would of came here will be gone like most of the residents here will be at the end of there lease

Rent will not change in a given lease period unless a resident is on a month-to-month lease. Some costs - such as utilities and potential late payment fees - may slightly increase overall monthly costs. Im a former resident -look theres many problems with these apartments. If you decide to move here be ready to have problems with your water also count on not having water for a couple days every month,ACs are so old your electricity bill will be up the roof. When it wasn't one problem it was another. The maintenance guys are creeps
This apts are overprized and on top of it all they charge "HOA fees" gas and water are ridiculous and theres hidden costs. They are Shady and will charge you for everything, Don't move here!

We regret you were left with a low perception of our community. Please note, a lot can change over the years. We believe you'll find many of our residents find our community well-worth the value. We are always transparent in all costs, potential fees, and charges in the lease agreement. Water is only shut-off when necessary maintenance is being performed. We encourage any current resident to fill out a work order for anything requiring attention and to call the office with questions. Thank you.


Ive been living at this property for the past year and it has been the worst experience Ive ever had with an apartment building. Lets start with the water which doesnt get very hot to begin with but the broiler broke which residents had to wait 3 weeks before we could get hot water and they refused to prorate the water bill or rent. Then the the fact that they cant seem to keep reliable people in management and when they do have staff they never and I mean never answer their phones. There are feral cats running everywhere. They let work order request go for weeks and they have no respect for good tentants. I cant wait to leave this apartment and I wouldnt recommend the devil himself to leave hear. The apartment themselves are great love the space but everything else sucks which kills the whole experience of living here.

Because I was told I was a risk and have a conflict of interest when I wanted to volunteer for the community events. I was even asked to participate every week. I said yes. And they still assumed I had a conflict of interest for something that is coming out of my pocket. So meat up I'm disgusted with these people.

However, according to the rules and regulations, you would need to work with the three residents who are already a part of this group that organizes our community events. If you'd be willing to work with the other residents, we'd be more than happy to see you included in the group.

Overall, it was a good experience. The ladies in the front office were helpful and kind. When I first moved in, I had several issues with my apartment. They fixed them all within a few days. I never felt like I was a bother when I needed something. Sometimes, they did not respond to emails or phone call messages, but always helpful when they answered the phone or I stopped in. It was a safe environment, and no problems with the neighbors.
