The community was clean quiet and the administrative team were awesome I would love there again if I needed too.. definitely recommend these guys to everyone. Not to mention I could hang out at AK-Chin and party and walk home afterwards.. Definitely a bonus

Maria was great and very helpful. She is easy to work with and understands peoples needs. When I moved in the first day I had a problem with my stove and I called her .. my problem was fixed the next day in the morning!
I highly recommend The cove on 44th.. Thanks again Maria!!

Doesn't deserve a 1/2 star, it's the hood, and management acts like it, try to bully tenants into paying outrageous new posts, like the water bill being $94 for a single person gone half the week, but had broken pipes for over a year, gentleman on 1st floor without doorknob for several days, ignored door fix resulted in a robbery, many cars, flood when maintenance ignored leaks, and there was stabbings, and shooting last year, and yet no security, and lots of bugs. Always talk about their plans to upgrade, what a joke, stove still sitting outside an apt for 2 yrs, tennis cement was to be a playground yrs ago, pools usually only one open, washers only 3 out of 8 working last week. Once you sign they will raise your rent saying you signed paper agreeing to increases. Definitely the hood., and getting out thank goodness
