This place deserves nothing but 0 stars we have lived here a year and its the most degusting place from cockroches to bed bugs to having mold under my sinks and the mantice guy calling me a lier about it and painting over it they allow pepole to have thier dogs off the leash as my kids have been growed at by a neighbors dog to have needle caps laying on the group they don't clean the property at all mangment is rude everytime ive gone in to the office they always want to fight and argue about somthing else they also charged us over $1500 for a late fee in December of 2020 and we had no idea about until we put or 30 days notice in witch was March of 2021 and said if we didn't have it in in 2 days we would be immediately evicted they have been on the news for thier job all you gotta look up is the robbisons group news and boom they pop up mangment is lazy unless they get what they want they don't about thier residents and its sickning i would not recommend this place to my worest enemy this place has hed bugs and cockroches they also put up new screens and because of thier job of putting them up the residents are being charged $150 for the screen because they are blowing off with the wind they had also said that they will also have us charged with criminal damnges so because of thier job you will be charged also its supossed ro be a gated complex but they keep the gates open so if you don't live here DONT MOVE HERE mangment is always finding excuse for everything and honestly the health department needs to be calles on this place im sure it will happen sooner than. Later
