Horrible place to stay water always off the ladys in the front are rude and have no respect washer and dryer never worked since moved in. Youll regret moving in thats a promise. WORSE APARTMENTS EVEr!!!!

Don't believe any of the good reviews. The management is always changing here which is so sketchy and annoying. The parking lot floods everytime it rains. There is water damage and mold in the units. Maintenance takes forever to fix anything if they ever do and they will barge right into your apartment without even a second thought. The place is infested with all types of roaches. Seriously, sewer roaches, german roaches, roaches i have never even seen before. They also have bed bugs and rats. The place is falling apart from the outside and the water is ALWAYS and i mean ALWAYS being shut off. Do yourself a favor and do not live here.
Apartment was nowhere close to move-in ready by move-in date but PEM contacted us multiple times prior to moving in to ensure that we were move-in ready (I.e. Had required renters insurance). Consistently awful communication from on-site property management as well as corporate. We called both offices multiple times in regards to an array of different issues, each time being promised a call back but never received one. Units were not properly cleaned prior to move in (I.e. Screws & nails in carpet, previous renters belonging still in cabinets, hole in bathtub, no washing machine for first 2 weeks). Could not secure belongings and household pet for first 2 weeks due to sliding glass door not being properly installed and not locking properly. COCKROACH INFESTATION SINCE MOVE IN AND GETTING INCREASINGLY WORSE. Vacant unit next door had an electrical fire which caused significant smoke damage to our unit. Fire department broke down our door to enter to ensure safety, it took PEM 3 months to replace broken door and door frame. These are just a few of the issues to name.
Property was purchased and new management took over last year, under the prior management people had lived there for years and years. People knew one another, it was safe, it was clean, amenities were maintained, and it felt like a real community. It was actually really cool and unusual to find that kind of community in an apartment complex. Under the new management, my experience was that people were nice when I went to the office, but nothing got done. New owner is a huge national property corporate group and this is just one of a thousands of properties they own. Apartment turn over is brisk now, no one stays. The wonderful staff that maintained and fixed stuff were all laid off - those guys were incredible, but now they are gone. I actually liked the layout of my apartment a lot, but I needed some critical things fixed and it never got done. My furniture, rugs and other property were getting damaged, it got really bad bad, so I left. I paid rent, but I did not even live there the last 4 or 5 months of my last lease. As I said the people in the office were always pleasant, but for what I was paying, there were much better options. Much happier where I am now.
