Any repairs needed are always completed in a timely manner, the grounds are very nicely kept, and the property managers make it a joy to make this community a home.
We had some trouble with our plumbing for some time, even some flooding, but the maintenance staff worked diligently to take care of the issue.
So far so good......
In regards to my own living space, I really do like the complex. My apartment has a good amount of space and a huge bedroom. I also am a big fan of the utilities being covered in the rent, it is a nice bonus to not have to worry about higher fees. For the most part, service requests are handled nicely. However, for my last service request I waited almost 2 weeks for someone to attend to the issues. The biggest issue is the recent lack of communication from property staff.
Great location, cute apartments for a decent price (all-inclusive of utilities and rent). Not always the most responsive front office if you try to call/email. Laundry services are hit or miss. Sometimes they'll close the laundry facilities/pool without notice and they tend to be dirty.
