I really want to say I like living here, but The Venue on Camelback (formerly known as The Colonnade) has gotten worse and worse since we signed our lease. We are in one of the older units, but that's beside the point. The complex grounds are neither appealing nor clean. There are only 2 dog waste disposal trash cans in this entire facility, which means there is always an excess amount of dog poop that is not being picked up. Maintenance requests take longer than you'd expect. But the part that is actually annoying as of late? Constant water shutoffs. Something is seriously wrong or deteriorated with their plumbing. In the span of 4 months, we've had 9 emergency water shut offs. And they will email you maybe 20-30 minutes before it happens, and it's always during the workweek at the most inconvenient times and it takes HOURS and hours to be resolved. The staff is friendly, sure, but that doesn't account for the fact that this apartment complex is continuing to up their rent and their facilities are not even meeting up to par for the rent you are paying. If rent goes up again by another $100 when the lease is up, I'm moving.

A lot of these apartments arent posting the right prices for the units

Management does not enforce the lease. Tenants let their dogs roam without leases, very noisy day and night. They do not keep the buildings clean
