I love this place its safe people are friendly and the staff is awesome

This place is horrible. Lights burned out throughout the complex, pool gates not working and inoperable. The staff is the worst with no follow up or follow through on anything. Youre lucky if you get a response from them at all. The pool is always dirty and has algae growing in it. They also like to use the pool area as purgatory for appliances that arent in units anymore. For the amount of money you pay in rent here, you expect more.

All boxes are checked for this beautiful community. The initial contact after crossing the threshold was impressive. I was greeted with charm and professionalism and it has continued throughout all of the staff. I love this community!

I find living here in the Townhomes at Biltmore extremely safe and quiet. The upkeep and care provided to the community's overall appearance is very good, which coincides with the always professional and courteous management and staff. With that in mind,sometimes it does become concerning as a resident when there's no timely feedback for a written maintenance request or communitity concern from the office making it necessary for the resident to ascertain request and response. again.

The building and location is excellent and overall I'm very happy. My only complaint is is about the amount of rent increases every time my lease is up for renewal. They are always unexpectedly high, especially considering I've been a good long-time who always pays on time, and hard to predict. If they go much higher I will have to consider moving out.

Just moved out last week after having spent the last 2 years here. Only reason we moved is because we had another child and needed more space. I don't have a bad thing to say about the place. Christian is so friendly and meets every need and request you have. Ismael keeps the grounds and pool area looking great. Great customer service. We live in Pa part of the year and returned to our townhome in July one night at 1am after being away for a month or so. There was a storm a few nights earlier that knocked out the AC unit and our townhome was 90 something degrees. My wife called the emergency service line and Ismael came over within 30 minutes 130am with a portable AC unit so we could make it through the night. Some of the best customer served I have ever received. If you want to live somewhere with a great location and great staff, this is it.

This is the best property I’ve lived at! The community is beautiful, clean and so quiet! The manager Christian is friendly, kind and always helpful! I couldn’t be happier with my decision to live here!

The staff is extremely knowledgeable on everything going on in the community. Anytime I see a staff member they are always smiling. Best apartment homes in the area!
