Excellent service, Monique was very helpful and I received a quick response with my move in date. I am so happy with getting my new place.
Monica was super nice and helpful . got a very quick and easy move in
The worse place to rent from. Staff is not educated enough to be called rental agents. The owner of the apartments is in bankruptcy so does not fix any request. He was sued by residents.
To be honest, I only gave them one star because that was the only way I was able to get to the section to write a review. This place is the WORST place Ive lived in my life. I only took this place because at the time my family and I needed a home and they were the only apartment complex available that day, however maybe I shouldve have waited. I was shown a decent model unit, it wasnt the greatest but it was tolerable. I was told my unit would look similar but it was nothing remotely close. The unit I had, along with the other units from what Ive seen of neighbors looks very old. My dishwasher didnt work, and even if it did it was disguising! I would never wash anything in there nor would I insist on using a dish someone attempts to wash in it. It was smaller than the model I was shown in my tour. I had all sorts of bugs, worms (or some kind of weird larva I honestly never seen a caterpillar that looked like those), roaches would enter my home regardless how clean it was even after I had the so called Exterminator spray. The flooring under the carpet you can even feel gaps between the wood pieces used to build the floor. The tiles on the floor are old, Im not sure if it was mold or just dirt that accumulated over the years on them, and I only know this because Ive had plenty of tiles that would move out of place on their own as if they had their own conscious or something. I notice a lot of people moving from there, Im not sure if theyre evicted because they will threaten to kick you out if your even late within that one month of being late, or if they moved because they realized just how trash this community is. Takes for ever to get someone to fix something. I doubt they still havent fixed the door I requested about 2 months ago. A great place to live if you love cats though, because the playground there is pretty much their litter box. Its not worth it even if you have nowhere to go.
Memorial Day weekend, and the pool still isn't open yet. The office says we are waiting for a county inspection - it has been closed the 4 months I have been here.
