Excellent service, Monique was very helpful and I received a quick response with my move in date. I am so happy with getting my new place.
Monica was super nice and helpful . got a very quick and easy move in
Terrible. I refused to move in. They put me through too much drama.
Beware before you rent this place is definitely not what the model they show like. Lighting sucks, tile is no where near what the model apt has, apt tile is old, installed all uneven, cabinets all warped, agents tell you your apt may have black or white appliances they fail to tell you you will have one of each and that your refrigerator will be multicolor, bathrooms are ancients, Apts are run down, definitely not ADA accessible website claims to be, I hear from other tenants that have been living there at least a year or so can never get anything done..........
I have an associate living IN THE BACK (NEXT TO GARBAGE RECEPTACLE THAT IS DAILY PICKED THROUGH THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE DAY! HOMELESS PPL MAKE CAMP NEAR), & STEPS AWAY FROM THE STORAGE FACILITY NEXT DOOR. On occasion I have witnessed employees & storage unit renters bring items(not just small ones: mattresses, dressers, etc), and discard them in or around The Square' s garbage areas. A SINGLE FEMALE SHOULDN'T BE PLACED IN THE VERY POORLY LIT BACK where there's MUCH undesirable activity ALWAYS going on!
The model is decent & doable, but my associate's unit is NOTHING like or close to the model!!! She shouldn't have, nor should anyone take a unit without physically viewing the ACTUAL one they will be residing in!!!
I don't know how it can be Legally labeled an apartment and/or a 1 bedroom! As soon as you enter, there's enough room for a SMALL sofa or love seat, small end table, NO television unless you risk securely hanging it on the wall that anyone in direct vicinity will see when the door is open! Not to mention it will remain soilled from various debris coming from the kitchen/stove etc. This is because, 6 steps in from the door, right by the "living" area, is the kitchen items
Notice I didn't say kitchen! There's a small nasty VERY ANTIQUATED STOVE, ANTIQUATED frig, EASY BAKE OVEN sized sink, ANTIQUATED dishwasher. There's NO room for even the tiniest of kitchenette sets but there is a piece of material extended from the wall that's supposed to be a breakfast bar--be careful standing as there's 2 misplaced cabinets overhead. 4 steps from front door is an entry way to what's labeled THE BEDROOM. She has a king mattress, small end table where her 32" sits atop. The room size couldn't accommodate the beds head/foot boards so it's mattresses on the floor & that's ALL the space will allow & there's still no wiggle room. The bathroom also tiny and ANTIQUATED. Closet WITH LARGE WATER HEATER, TINY. LET'S NOT FORGET THE ROACHES & PAPER THIN WALLS!
