The new staff they have are really doing wonders to the place!!
I have a friend who's currently living there and she is told me of the many difficulties that she's had to overcome while living here the first being when she moved in and she had done the list at the they had given her to notify them of what was broken in the house and what was not she filled it out and they haven't fixed any of it she even had a nonworking fridge in her home and had to use a cooler to keep her food cold for her and her five-year-old and eventually the office told her to write a note to headquarters what she did but was never sent to headquarters when they finally did get new fridges they told her that she would not be receiving one so she asked a facility maintenance worker to help her and he did he got her fridge regardless of what the office had said secondly her AC stopped working for roughly about a week her little girl was sick she had to deal with a hundred degree heat for an entire week before someone was finally told to come and the person that normally deals with the AC work somewhere else so they did not notify him as well about the AC not working but he did inform them to send someone over to her apartment to check it to see if it was just the battery is which it was and it started working as soon as he changed the batteries thirdly she has gotten a problem with roaches that were not originally in the apartment when she first came it took them 2 weeks to finally send someone and it looked as though it was working at first but then a few nights ago we had seen the largest roach since said infestation has happened the office workers don't seem to want to do their job and don't tell the facility maintenance workers or it's a mixture of both of them not wanting to do their job
Terrible. They moved us in 2 days after they moved someone out. They didnt even clean the place. Moved in has gnats in our fridge. Oven/stove doesnt work. Pantry door was broken. Kitchen sink cabinets are caved in. Roaches everywhere. Dishwasher has mold in it. Walls are moldly. Floor is very denchy and moves. Stains in our carpet. Our wall above our ac is wet and messed up. Our toilet is TERRIBLE. Our drains are always clogged. We have 2 big bubbles above shower and toilet that leak. We had no toilet paper holder or mirror. We've had eviction notices due to the office mistakes. Washing machines and dryers suck. During the summer our ac was out more than 5 times. The maintence man told us we could have died cus there was soo much acid. Not to mention the water in the entire complex was on and off for months. They don't clean around here. Our lease was up we went to renew it once and they told us come back later. They put a notice on her door the day after about it. Went back in told us later. 6 months later they called us about it. They switch office staff like crazy so no one knows anything. Not to mention they don't clean up outside. They dont even answer their emergency lines. dangerous Area. we've seen shootings in broad daylight. helicopters everynight. If you still decide to move here I would advice you look around the complex first and ask to see other apartments other than the model apartment cus that's all they show u. they tell you your apartment will look exactly like that. it doesnt. so walk around Apts and look. they have some with open windows during day. If you still wanna live here. document EVERYTHING. These apartments do not meet the standards for nothing.
Bad very bad place plain and simple
DO NOT LIVE HERE. Maggots in fridge, broken AC, no water, no parking, nothing on the property is clean, sewage WILL BACK UP INTO YOUR BATHTUB and they will tell you "grab some bleach" and "good luck", the water heater WILL FLOOD YOUR FLOOR when the sewage backs up ruining carpet and bathroom tile (for you to pay for), ruining furniture, rugs and clothes that happen to be near it, there WILL BE thick paint on the walls(covering outlets, light switches, breaker boxes and in sinks and there WILL BE MANY OUTLETS AND LIGHT SWITCHES that DO NOT WORK and the AC DOES NOT get below 79 unless it is cold out side.
Please do not live here. I can not wait to move! I'm only staying the remainder of my lease because I need a year of renter's history.
