I encountered bed bugs in the apartment. I had to evacuate ASAP because I was worried about mine and my baby's health. I am extremely disturbed and I am hoping my things aren't infested. I had to leave my apartment before my contract date. I need someone to give me a call.

Besides the grill at the pool seeming to never work and now over run by bugs everything else is great.
The Montana are just above average apartments, not bad but certainly not upper scale by any means however their rental rates are high. When we signed our lease June of last year, we were rushed through the process, and later found that The Montana property management did not disclose water, sewer, trash in my lease properly in accordance with AZ landlord tenant law. Their 3rd party water billing company then began charging 3 time and even up to 10 times what the City of Phoenix charges for water and sewer servcie Nobody at the 3rd party biller or The Montana could tell me why their water rates were so high. Recently new ownership took over, and I brought this to their attention by written dispute they said they would have their legal team look into it, but they never got back to me. Then weeks later after 2 large incorrect water bills they would not accept my monthly rent until I paid the water bill that I was being overcharged for. I paid it because I did not want to be late on my rent, and because it was more than what it is worth to take them to court. Next thing I know they want to raise my month-to-month my lease has expired 2 7 by 200 - notice dated 2 8 16, but then offer same rate for 1 year lease if I sign by 2 7 16 the day before I got the notice on 2 8 Lol, Wow Yea don't lease here unless you've got lots of time to waste dealing with this very poorly managed property management company. I was very patient and courteous in trying to help them resolve the issue. I just wanted to be charged fairly and legally. I even spelled out exactly what was wrong, and they just don't care and I've concluded are they are very unethical in their business practices towards tenants. I've very very dissatisfied and will move soon.
I like that it is a quaint little complex, I like that there are not more than the 150 units.
