Beautiful grounds - peaceful and quiet. Love all the trees. Management is amazing - so incredibly helpful. Maintenance personnel are also great and really quick to respond if there is ever and issue with anything. Very glad I moved here!
I've been here for about 8 months now, and still not a single complaint. I love living here.
The renovated units are nice, but very poorly insulated so you will pay a great deal in electricity bills in the summer months, especially if youre in a townhouse.
The major downside of this complex: the management. I could not imagine customer service getting much worse than this. Its not even that they are slow to respond; they just dont respond at all. I have dealt with probably every leasing agent and I NEVER hear back about anything. Im constantly calling back and having to follow up and nothing gets done. Consistently unresponsive. When youre paying this much in rent, you should be getting decent (at the least) service from your management office.
Do not be lured by how nice the units are and how nice the agents are when youre touring, this is not the place to be. Looking forward to moving out.
Hot tub sucks! Never hot. Pool too cold. Too much for too little. Garbage always overflowing. Cant wait for my lease to end. Save your 1500 and move somewhere else.
haa haa - feel free to spread the word - as the termites are spreading as well.
