I had neighbors that always had loud music at all hours of the night. I complained numerous times to management with no resolution ever being made. Along with the noisy neighbors I always felt that the staff at the office were always unprofessional.

I am not very please with the cove my a/c broke down recently last thursday night around 11pm so the next day once the office opened I told them that my a/c wont turn on and its making a rough noise, they wrote on the paper that it was low priority and didn't come til yesterday to fix it so I was hot apartment for 3 day I've been here 2 years and I've never gotten a discount on my rent, also everything is always broken I went to the gym this morning and water foundation is broke

Leasing office staff is amazing. Apartments are a nice size. Grounds are cleaned regularly. Gates are never closed. Landscaping is just ugly. Tenants are messy. Leaving clothes draped on balconies, along with trash, and inside furniture. Tenants blast music from cars and apartments. Water bill is metered and then split evenly among all tenants in each building.

its a nice community to live in however the management seems irritated if u keep complaining about something wrong in your apartmemt i think they shpuld hire mpre help. also the online rent pay should be free and cavle should be free again with all the mpney u pay it should be included in rent!!!!!!!
