We're deeply discouraged by this characterization of our community. Please know, we always follow ethical business practices and all Arizona tenant laws. New ownership suck bad. The pool hasn't EVER looked like the picture. Always cloudy even after they "clean" it. Small pool in the back has moss growing on the rocks. Don't now how the city hasn't shut them down. Rent went up and service went down. Better off else wear.

We would like nothing more than to better your experience and hope to hear from you if you have any questions, concerns, or additional feedback in the future.


If I could give this apartment zero starts I would. I have lived here for about 6 months now and have dealt with multiple maintenance issues. Most of which take weeks to even be acknowledged. At one point our AC was leaking water on and off for several months, the only way I could ever get someone over from maintenance was to call the emergency line.

Then TODAY. I received an alert from Amazon that my package was delivered to the front office. After trying to go to the office to retrieve my package they would not even look to see if my package was in the back office. They merely said "we haven't scanned your package in yet, give us an hour and come back." One hour later, I go back and they are closing early for the day. The lady began arguing with me that she could not get my package because they have to close early for an "emergency." I told them the importance of getting my package today, the lady then closed the door in my face and would not let me speak with the manager. All of the time they spent arguing with me, they could have retrieved my one package. I can not wait to move out of this apartment.

While we strive to accomplish tasks to the satisfaction of the resident, factors such as the availability of materials and whether or not there are other previously submitted requests to attend to can influence the outcome. We would like nothing more than to better your experience and restore your confidence in our team moving forward.


We're sorry you've had a negative experience. Our maintenance team works hard to complete all requests in a timely manner, but due to volume, requests must be prioritized by order received and severity of need. We apologize for any delay and appreciate your patience. We strive to be available throughout office hours but sometimes unforeseen emergencies arise. Please call the office at your earliest convenience and schedule a time to speak with us so that we may address your concerns. Thank you.

However, we do have procedures in place to combat this issue should it ever arise.
