Worst experience living in an apartment EVER. About a month after moving in, I had someone break in through my back bathroom window, steal 300 from me, try on my clothes and eat my food. I've lived here 5 months, no real security presence except when we had an issue with a tenant selling drugs out of his place. Even then it took multiple calls to corporate. Last week, apts 142-137 flooded with sewage...including my own. Corporate will not call back about retribution. They blamed it on the city and it isn't up to code. They gave me a 5 day notice instead because i had to put a stop payment so I could figure out where to stay etc. All of my shoes were ruined including a leather coat. The plumbers didn't show till 830/9pm at night when I notified the office at noon. No one cleaned our apartments whatsoever. Worst experience ever with a rental property!

This complex has gone down with terrible management, I would not recommend this apt complex. I have been here about 2 years now and every time we renew our lease they raise the rent by about $50 bucks, the ladies in the leasing office know very little about running an apartment complex, they were supposedly trying to update with improvements but have so many unfinished projects. Its pretty pathetic. I mean who leaves a security gate unfinished for almost a year now I think they just going to leave it as is. You cant even get into the workout room after 5:00. They only keep it open during office work hours, which is inconvenient for me because I do work an 8-5 job and they close by the time I get home, sooo inconvenient. They also dont care about your concerns about the complex at all, I never had to deal with such terrible managers. I am looking elsewhere. Oh and the washrooms are discusting, so filthy. The complex has no housekeeper and their has been lots of bedbug infestations. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!

I would not advise anyone to stay here, very bad unprofessional managers in office, they don't care about tenants at all, if you have an issue or something needs to be fixed, they look the other way. They ignore tenants issues (even if something is a hazard) they DO NOT COMPLY WITH ANY SAFETY ISSUES WHATSOEVER, I'm
Just waiting for these so called " managers" to get in trouble because they are not doing their job, they are very rude to tenants when you do try to tell them what's going on with the property. They are supposed to be "renovating" some rooms and improving property, at least that's what they say. they are hiring my monthly rent again :( , BUT they are taking quite some time, it's been over 6 months and still can't utilize the gym. Anyways do yourself a favor and look elsewhere . Not a good property nor good management in the office.
