      Horrible attitudes with office staff (including management), items are not resolved when asked and will lie when you have evidence to support otherwise. Constant homeless throughout the community early morning and late night down halls sleeping (be careful if you have children). SWAT team woke up our entire hallway a few months back and arrest three people for who knows what. Would NOT recommend this community if you have children or are elderly. You can pay these same rates in Chandler or Gilbert for a much better area.

      They do not control their tenants. People are blasting music at all hours of the day and night and they do nothing about it. Then when you move out, complete a walk through and they tell you everything is good, they will charge you later and then send you to collections. What is the point of a walk through if they won't tell you what you owe then. Horrible business habits.
