The staff here at Remington is by far the best staff I have had the pleasure of working with. Not only does the property manager go above and beyond her call of duties but I can only speak highly of everyone who works for Remington. All of my questions and concerns have been acknowledged and handled quickly and I would recommend Remington to any one who wants to rent here, the best kept secret in Arizona.
I've lived here 4 years while attending college. I love the spacious rooms, the customer service, the maintenance system if superb, and also the follow through when there are any issues.
due to recent change over of the entire office and maintenance staff those of us who are long term residents feel lesser due to lack of appreciate for our community at times
The apartments themselves are huge and we loved that aspect. The office staff was always horrible, though. Especially the woman in charge of the finances. No professionalism whatsoever and she never seemed to really know what was going on. The new manager is rude and avoids speaking with residents, as well. We had a lot of issues with cockroaches, stray cats, loud neighbors, and really poor parking. I loved the actual apartment but the employees need serious training. Even the manager.
They run a tight ship. It's always clean. The office personnel are helpful. It seems way better organized than when we moved in.
