The staff here at Remington is by far the best staff I have had the pleasure of working with. Not only does the property manager go above and beyond her call of duties but I can only speak highly of everyone who works for Remington. All of my questions and concerns have been acknowledged and handled quickly and I would recommend Remington to any one who wants to rent here, the best kept secret in Arizona.
I've lived here 4 years while attending college. I love the spacious rooms, the customer service, the maintenance system if superb, and also the follow through when there are any issues.
Crap complex, everyone in the office is incompetent and can't seem to ever respond to phone calls, maintenance takes weeks and weeks to fix even litle things and I can almost guarantee you'll have roaches when you move in. NOT worth the headache and constant stress you'll experience if you choose to live here, TRUST ME.
This complex was a terrible experience for us for three years and we finally left. The grounds were not well kept, it was hard to get any maintenance done and the maintenance staff had a bad attitude, our child was sometimes scared of the staff, and when we finally left, they refused to refund our security deposit. Please don't go to this place, it's not fit for occupation.
Horrible place to live. I was there in 2012-2014 and it was ALWAYS under new management, No security or safety, Maintenance was a joke. I had a leak in my AC and it was clearly leaking from the ceiling to my tile floor. Put in a maintenance report took over a week to get them to come look at it. I had a 1 year old that slipped and hit his head twice and that was the reason they finally came . They fixed it with tape and spray painted the ceiling so you would not see the color discoloration from the leak. Pretty sure there was mold. Maintenance was very lazy and rude. When i moved out out they charged me $900.00 for things that were the same way as before. I contacted the property manager and agreed to pay $200 * which was nice on my end* However, they still reported to credit agency $900. The property looks great at first but when you see how it is at night, its not so nice. Not ideal for a family to live in. Its gated community is a joke because I lived off 7th street and all anyone had to due is climb a small wall (3ft) or just walk up the back stairwell to get into my apartment sliding door.
