Not to be rude but these pictures are misleading on the present state of the property. These pictures taken are at least 3 yrs old. At the rate you are listing you are giving the impression that this is a property that mirrors the value of other properties in the surrounding area that are less than 10 yrs old yet this property has not been updated or kept up to its original image in over 6 yrs. The wash room for example has machines that are nearly a decade old and have not been replaced and the pool and residential area up keep looks more like a value that is 3/4 the rate that is currently set.

I would love to live here in our huge 2bd 2 bth apt for 100 sq ft its a little high in price but so is the rest of Phoenix my only concern would be the neighborhood but it looks fantastic !

My 2 years at Bloom were very difficult due to my neighbor who was a chronic smoker along with never bathing, never taking garbage out or cleaning his unit. Over the years, I made numerous complaints to the management regarding offensive smells emulating from the unit as well as the constant smoke from either the air ducts or thru my front door/window. Unfortunately my concerns were all overlooked by the numerous managers that came and went at the complex. As if the smoke and smell was not bad enough then the BED BUGS started to infest my unit thru the air vents, windows and plumbing. It was a serious infestation as it had been ignored for the entire time I lived there. Before long my bed, area rugs, sofa (brand new) and clothing was completely infested. I had to pay for a pest control service out of my own pocket even though the source of the infestation was my neighbor. Luckily, my nasty neighbor stopped paying rent and was evicted. It was at that point the reality of the severity of the infestation became evident. Management had to GUT the entire unit down to the walls and ceiling only. By this time the BED BUGS had migrated to 4 other units besides mine. It was a major catastrophe! Because management overlooked my concerns and reports of smells and the visible trash piled up in the front window of the stinky unit it developed into a situation out of control. Eventually I had to throw away everything i owned and move in with family to start all over. Bloom is denying any responsibility and refuses to replace any of my personal possessions. I would NEVER recommend my family, friends or colleagues to live here. My unit also flooded twice due to old/out dated plumbing. Constant leaks and COCKROACHES as well as the overall maintenance of the complex is sub par. Rent at your own risk clearly!!
