Do not let the cheaply remodeled interiors fool you, the management staff here is awful. Good luck getting them to answer the phone or an email unless its about them getting more money. I have complained multiple times about the trash service and the lack of enforcement of the rules and was told to just deal with it. There are broken down cars on blocks in the parking spaces and almost nowhere for residents to park. There is trash and broken glass all over the place and the buildings arent being maintained. There are tons of hidden charges and fees and theyve made it as hard as possible for people to pay their rent on time. Yesterday I walked past the pool and it was so dirty you couldnt see the bottom. Its gross, DO NOT move here.

I used to really enjoy living here until Avanti Residential bought the property. In resigning my lease, they are not requiring residence to purchase renters insurance but they "are requiring" you to purchase their renter's insurance that covers their property only, not your belongings. The issue is, I already have renters insurance that covers both their property and mine. In the past, I would provide a copy showing them they were covered. This is no longer the case. I am now paying for two renters insurance policies. In contacting The Department of Insurance (DOI), they have seen a spike in apartment complexes taking the lease out of context and making residence pay up. This proves to me that Avanti Residential is selfish and pinching pennies out of every resident they can, SHAME ON YOU!

Loren & Marcela were amazing helping me get my apartment, my situation was a difficult mess and not once did they tell me no. I'm happy that I'm now a resident. Thank you lady's.

If I could give a zero star or below I would been here 3 years when I moved in no issues moved to a one bedroom had a severe mold issue they just paint over did not work this went on for 2.5 months I had to demand that they find the issue get moved to a 2 bed dishwasher broke we get blamed that we dont know how to use one. Then just recently my ac start leaking called the after hours and was told to put a bucket under it and they be here in the morning I was not going to have that they come up and said the pan was full started leaking again plumber comes and said they fixed started leaking again plumber comes back now this going on 2 weeks they tell them it has to be replaced. And the list goes on about the issues here

DO NOT RENT HERE - YOU WILL HATE IT SO SO MUCH! This is a long review, but you need to know this before you consider moving in here! I wish I could give them a better rating, because the units are in good condition, there are no pest issues, and the complex is quiet, safe, and relatively clean. But, the management makes living here a pain in the butt. Theyre so polite and smiley when you go in the office, but good luck ever getting them to answer the phone, return a voicemail, or reply to an email. Every time I have an issue - which happens often with billing - I have to take off work so I can get to the office during business hours and talk to them in person. Even then, they have trouble actually resolving my issues, requiring me to come back over and over until they finally sit down and straighten out my account. Once I sat and stared at the accounting manager for 15 minutes while she had a personal conversation with her friend. Absolutely no regard for my time. Other major issues: 1. NO utilities or tax are included in rent, not even trash or sewer, and you have to pay for laundry, so the advertised price is way lower than what you will pay. 2. Utilities are not metered, but are charged based on the size of your unit and the number of occupants. So even when Im away for work most of the month and not using any electricity/water, I still pay $150+ a month for my tiny little studio. 3. You are required to pay for valet trash service on top of the regular trash bill, and they dont pick up on Friday or Saturday when you need it most. 4. The buildings have a central chiller/heater. Its not strong enough to keep your unit comfortable mid-summer, and they decide when to switch over. Cant fit whole review here, look on google reviews for the other 5 issues - under Nunya Beeswax
