Repeatedly told about termites but they never corrected the problem. I just kept spraying Raid in the holes. Mold in both bathroom sinks and toilets, nothing ever done about it. Never had hot water for showers. Repeated broken washer & dryer, never would replace it. Forced to pay for parking yet a constant battle to keep others from parking in your assigned spot. Management would pick up the phone and act as if they were calling to have the person's car towed but never did. Hole in the bottom of the cabinet exposing the outside and was told that it couldn't be sealed because of the wires. No response from management after multiple calls and emails regarding my return deposit, only a letter stating I was due a partial refund and no reference as to why the check wasn't included.

Management is incredibly toxic and rude. The apartments are very cheap and poorly renovated. Parking is a nightmare.

After being a customer for 2 years, I was informed that my lease was auto renewed on a day to day basis because I did not give 60 days notice that I was not renewing my lease. No customer care or loyalty and it is a VERY dated property. Overpriced and run by people who like to take your money at move out. Avoid!
